Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid StayEngine plans, provided by K DOT O Co., Ltd. ("StayEngine", "we"), and forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund of your first subscription payment within 14 days of that payment — no explanation required.
2. Expert setup assistance condition
StayEngine offers free hands-on setup assistance (system and LINE OA configuration performed by our team). Because this involves real work by our staff, once you request expert setup assistance, the automatic guarantee in section 1 no longer applies; refund requests after that point are reviewed case by case. This condition is clearly disclosed before you request assistance.
3. What the guarantee does not cover
- Renewal charges after the first 14 days — you can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.
- Booking-quota add-on packs already consumed within the month.
- Accounts suspended for violating the Terms of Service.
4. How to request a refund
Use the "Request refund" button on your Billing page (app.stayengine.co/dashboard/billing), or contact us via LINE or email at contact@kdotogroup.com from your signup email address.
5. Refund timeline
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. The time for funds to appear depends on your bank or card provider.
